We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a cylindrical cover with an outer diameter of φ216mm and a height of 48mm from a 3mm thick EPDM rubber sheet based on the customer's drawing. First, we precisely cut the sheet to the specified dimensions using a water jet cutting machine, and then finished it into a cylindrical shape through adhesive processing. By combining cutting and adhesion, we can flexibly accommodate product shapes that are difficult to achieve through integral molding. We create CAD data based on the drawings provided by the customer and process it directly, eliminating the need for molds.
